The primary purpose of this position is to upgrade the technical knowledge and background needed for the day to day rigors of preforming dynamic and electrical testing on various cell and battery systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for technical oversight of testing, standardization of tooling and testing processes, upgrade of testing equipment where necessary and practical, error proofing the lab process, trouble-shooting test anomalies, and overall lab flow.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Engineer Technician will work as part of the Product Engineering Team. Ongoing responsibilities include ECR support, MRB support and technical interface for projects as well as providing technical experience in support of solving production engineering problems. This position will support the Product Engineering group by performing multiple technical tasks that will lead to on-time delivery of safe and quality products to our customers.
